Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE – Sales) to support admissions, participant conversions, enquiry handling, and coordination activities for our training programs and workshops. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, follow-up ability, and interest in sales and participant relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle training and workshop enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into registrations/admissions
- Maintain participant communication and relationship management
- Support admissions, registrations, and participant onboarding processes
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding training and workshop activities




- Maintain lead tracking sheets and follow-up reports
- Provide timely updates regarding upcoming trainings and programs
- Assist in achieving participant conversion targets
- Support operational and sales coordination activities related to training programs

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, Admissions, Customer Support, or related roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- English communication preferred
- Positive follow-up and convincing skills
- Basic computer knowledge and documentation skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and communication channels effectively
- Responsible, target-oriented, and team-focused attitude

Pay: 18,000 - 25,000 + (attractive incentives) per month
