We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Advocate to manage and oversee property registration (registry) and related legal documentation. The ideal candidate should have sound knowledge of real estate laws, registry procedures, title verification, and liaison with government authorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle property registration (registry) and related legal formalities.
- Draft, review, and verify sale deeds, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Conduct title verification and legal due diligence for properties.
- Coordinate with Sub-Registrar offices and government departments for registrations.
- Ensure compliance with applicable real estate laws and regulations.
- Maintain legal records and provide legal support for property transactions.
Requirements
- LL.B. degree from a recognized university.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate registry and property-related legal work.
- Strong knowledge of property registration procedures and real estate laws.
- Good drafting, documentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with government authorities.
