Guest Service Staff – Café

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused **Guest Service Staff** member to join our café team. **Key Responsibilities:** * Welcome and greet guests with a warm and positive attitude. * Provide excellent guest service and ensure a memorable café experience. * Take orders accurately and coordinate with the kitchen and bar team. * Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints professionally. * Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and overall presentation of the café. * Assist with billing, table service, and day-to-day café operations. * Work closely with the team to ensure smooth and effective service. * Follow company SOPs and maintain high standards of hospitality.

**Requirements:** Good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for hospitality and customer service.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
