Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve customer issues, ensuring timely solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products or services to provide accurate information and support to customers.
- Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the ticketing tool.
- Escalation: Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams when necessary.
- Feedback: Gather customer feedback and provide insights to improve products, services, and customer support processes.
- Team Collaboration:
Work closely with other departments, such as Development and other support team, to ensure a cohesive approach to customer service.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer support or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using ticketing tool and Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with support processes is advantageous.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address customer issues efficiently.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and team members.
- Time Management: Effective time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
