Job Description- Junior QC Microbiologist

tirelessly day & night to undo the wrongdoings of our previous generations by putting the environment first and

recreating clean skies. Our first line of product is a biodegradable packaging material, as an alternative to

conventional thermocol packaging, made from crop stubble waste (“parali”).

We have partnered with Regional Centre for Biotechnology, Faridabad, Haryana for our Research and Development

and have a separate production unit of 50,000 sq. ft in Ballabhgarh, Haryana.

Job Overview:

Junior QC Microbiologist – will support research and analysis activities related to production & R&D; processes,

with a focus on biotechnology-based manufacturing. This role involves data collection, and reporting to optimize

production workflows and enhance operational performance. The ideal candidate should have a strong

analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to the following

- Conduct research on mycelium-based production and explore ways to improve yield and efficiency.





- Perform research activities in a cleanroom environment, ensuring adherence to Good Manufacturing

Practices (GMP).

- Maintain contamination control measures and assist in troubleshooting process deviations.

- Support research on current technologies, methodologies, and best practices to enhance production

processes.

- Work on process improvements for large-scale production and ensure compliance with quality standards.

- Work with production & R&D; teams to implement data-driven improvements and monitor their impact.

- Maintain accurate records of production research activities and findings.

- Ensure research and analysis align with company standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best

practices.

Requirements:

Education: M.Sc./B. tech/M.tech in Biotechnology/Microbiology/Bioprocess Engineering.

Experience: 1-2 years of experience in the biotechnology industry, preferably in production, or

bioprocessing.

- Experience with Clean Room Operations in industrial settings.

- Knowledge of biotechnology regulations, safety protocols, and quality control standards
