As a Telecaller at Spotlight Concepts & Entertainment, you will play a crucial role in our sales team by reaching out to potential clients and generating leads. Your knowledge of MS-Excel will be a valuable asset in maintaining accurate records and tracking progress.

1. Conduct outbound calls to prospects and follow up on leads
2. Maintain a database of contacts and update information regularly using MS-Excel
3. Provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or concerns promptly
4. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets
5. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving sales processes
