Key Responsibilities

Site Identification & Feasibility

- Identify and evaluate suitable commercial properties for offices, warehouses, Solar Marts and Industrial Marts.
- Conduct site feasibility assessments considering commercial, operational and business requirements.
- Recommend shortlisted sites to management with supporting feasibility inputs to enable timely decision-making.

Project Execution

- Lead end-to-end execution from possession to operational handover.
- Manage civil modifications, interior fit-outs, branding and infrastructure development.
- Deliver projects within approved timelines, budgets and quality standards.

Infrastructure Readiness

- Coordinate electrical infrastructure, power, DG/UPS, internet, networking, CCTV, access control, fire & safety, HVAC, furniture, signage, security, housekeeping, pantry and utilities to ensure operational readiness.

Vendor & Contractor Management

- Manage architects, contractors, consultants and vendors.
- Negotiate commercials, monitor SLAs and certify work completion.

Project Governance

- Prepare project schedules, budgets and milestone trackers.
- Monitor progress,



mitigate risks and present project status updates.
- Ensure successful project closure and business handover.

Desired Profile

Education

- BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering, or Diploma in Civil Engineering, or Interior Designer.

Experience

- 8–12 years of experience in Project Management, Infrastructure Development, Facilities or Corporate Administration.
- Experience in setting up offices, warehouses, retail outlets or industrial facilities.
- Experience managing multi-location projects across India.
