Job Description – BIM / Revit Engineer (Modular Construction)

About Company

Companyis a leading manufacturer of prefabricated modular homes, hospitality structures, bathroom pods and LGSF-based buildings. We are implementing a BIM-driven Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DfMA) workflow and are looking for a BIM/Revit Engineer to develop and coordinate our digital models.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop detailed BIM models in Autodesk Revit for modular buildings.

· Prepare architectural, structural and MEP models.

· Create coordinated floor plans, elevations, sections and construction drawings.

· Develop and maintain Revit families, templates and the Loom Crafts BIM library.

· Coordinate architecture, MEP, SolidWorks steel models and Scottsdale LGSF models.

· Generate BOQs, material schedules, door/window schedules and finish schedules.

· Perform clash detection using Navisworks and resolve coordination issues.

· Support production, procurement and site teams with accurate BIM information.





· Maintain revision control and BIM standards across projects.

Required Skills

· Strong knowledge of Autodesk Revit.

· Positive understanding of BIM workflows.

· Knowledge of AutoCAD.

· Basic understanding of MEP coordination.

· Experience with Navisworks is preferred.

· Knowledge of steel or LGSF construction is an advantage.

Qualifications

· Diploma/B.Tech in Civil, Architecture or Mechanical Engineering.

· 2–5 years of Revit/BIM experience.

Preferred Experience

· Prefab or modular construction.

· LGSF or steel buildings.

· Hospitality or residential projects.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

· Accuracy of BIM models.

· Timely drawing delivery.

· BOQ accuracy.

· Reduction in design clashes.

· Development of reusable BIM standards and libraries.

· Improved coordination between design, manufacturing and installation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
