Accounts Executive

Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹50,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated Accounts Executive to handle day-to-day accounting operations, invoicing, bank reconciliation, statutory compliance, and financial record management. Candidates with strong accounting knowledge and attention to detail are encouraged to apply.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Maintain daily accounting transactions and financial records.
- Prepare sales and purchase invoices.
- Record receipts, payments, and bank entries.
- Perform bank reconciliation and petty cash management.
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Prepare GST, TDS, PT, ESI, and PF-related documentation.
- Process vendor payments and follow up on outstanding collections.
- Verify bills, vouchers, and supporting documents.




- Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial summaries.
- Maintain accurate accounting records using Tally and MS Excel.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Coordinate with HR, Operations, and Management for finance-related activities.

Eligibility

- B.Com, M.Com, BBA, MBA (Finance), or any relevant degree.
- 1–5 years of experience in Accounts or Finance.
- Good knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, PT, ESI, and PF is preferred.
- Valuable communication and organizational skills.
