Job Purpose

To execute Electronic Security System projects by ensuring timely installation, testing, commissioning, customer coordination, quality compliance, documentation, and successful project handover while maintaining the highest standards of safety and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Planning & Execution

· Execute projects in accordance with approved drawings, BOQs, technical specifications, and project schedules.

· Review project requirements before commencement of work.

· Coordinate project activities to ensure completion within the committed timelines.

· Monitor progress and escalate issues that may impact delivery.

2. Installation & Commissioning

Responsible for installation, configuration, testing, and commissioning of:

· IP CCTV Systems

· Access Control Systems

· Video Management Systems

· Visitor Management Systems

· Intrusion Alarm Systems

· Integrated Security Management Systems

· Network Infrastructure related to Security Systems

Ensure all systems are commissioned as per customer specifications and company quality standards.

3. Site Coordination

· Coordinate with customers, consultants, architects, contractors, and OEM representatives.

· Attend site meetings.

· Resolve technical issues arising during project execution.

· Ensure smooth coordination among all stakeholders.

5. Documentation

Prepare and maintain:





· Daily Progress Reports

· Site Visit Reports

· Installation Checklists

· Material Reconciliation Reports

· Test & Commissioning Reports

· As-Built Drawings

· Customer Handover Documents

· Snag Lists and Closure Reports

6. Quality Assurance

· Ensure compliance with company installation standards.

· Perform quality inspections before customer handover.

· Rectify installation deficiencies promptly.

· Maintain project documentation as per ISO procedures.

7. Safety & Compliance

· Ensure adherence to all applicable safety regulations.

· Promote safe work practices.

· Ensure use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

· Report unsafe conditions immediately.

8. Customer Support

· Provide technical assistance during execution.

· Conduct customer demonstrations and basic user training.

· Coordinate with the Service Department during warranty transition.

· Ensure smooth project handover.

9. Reporting

Submit periodic reports relating to:

· Project Progress

· Material Status

· Resource Utilization

· Delays and Risks

· Customer Feedback

· Completion Status

Educational Qualification

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in:

o Electronics & Communication

o Electrical & Electronics

o Instrumentation

o Computer Science





o Information Technology

o Equivalent Engineering Discipline

Experience

· 2–5 years in Electronic Security Systems or ELV Projects.

· Fresh engineers with solid technical aptitude may be considered for Trainee Project Engineer positions.

Working Conditions

Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
