SHRI NIWAS FOOD INDUSTRIES

India

We are looking for a sharp, dependable Executive Assistant to work directly with the Owner, who acts as the coordination hub across processing units, the head office and a global customer base. This is a high-trust, high-context role: you'll be the person who keeps the day organised, information moving, and commitments from slipping through the cracks — freeing up the Owner to focus on growth, buyers, and strategy.

The right person is proactive, discreet, comfortable with ambiguity, and equally at ease drafting a skilled email to buyers and chasing a unit supervisor for a pending dispatch update.

What we're looking for

- 2–5 years of experience as an EA, personal assistant, or in a coordination/operations role (experience with a trading, manufacturing, agro, or export business is a strong plus).

- Excellent written and spoken English and Hindi; clear, professional business communication.
- Strong organisation and follow-through — you own tasks end to end and don't need reminding.
- Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets, email, and everyday business tools; quick to learn new systems.
- High discretion and reliability; comfortable handling confidential business and personal information.
- Proactive problem-solver who anticipates needs rather than waiting to be told

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
