About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Video Editor with 1–3 years of professional experience to join our creative team. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for visual design, branding, storytelling, and video editing. The candidate must be capable of transforming ideas into engaging visual content for digital and print platforms while creating high-quality videos for marketing and promotional campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Design visually appealing creatives for digital and print media, including social media posts, banners, brochures, flyers, presentations, infographics, website graphics, and advertisements.
- Edit and produce high-quality videos for social media, YouTube, websites, advertisements, reels, promotional campaigns, and corporate presentations.
- Create engaging motion graphics, animations, transitions, and visual effects for marketing content.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager, Content Writer, and Sales Team to develop creative concepts and maintain consistent brand identity.
- Design and update brand assets such as logos, icons, templates, and marketing materials.
- Ensure all creative content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Prepare final design and video files for publishing and production while maintaining quality standards.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, AI design tools, video editing techniques, and industry best practices.
- Handle multiple creative projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines efficiently.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, Animation, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of professional experience is mandatory as a Graphic Designer and Video Editor.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe InDesign (preferred)
- Good working knowledge of Canva, Figma, and AI-powered design tools.
- Strong understanding of layout design, typography, color theory, branding, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience in video editing, motion graphics, color correction, audio synchronization, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to create social media reels, promotional videos, product videos, and corporate videos.
- Robust creativity, attention to detail, communication, and time-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in a Digital Marketing, Advertising, Branding, or Creative Agency.
- Familiarity with designing for social media platforms, websites, digital advertising, and marketing campaigns.
- Basic knowledge of UI/UX design is an added advantage.
- Experience using AI-powered creative tools for image generation, video enhancement, and content creation will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
