Site Engineer oversees the installation and erection of tensioned fabric systems of the buildings. They coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth execution while maintaining safety, quality, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise erection and structural installation activities.
- Interpret structural drawings and fabrication drawings.
- Monitor daily site activities and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings.
- Coordinate with fabrication, logistics, and project teams for timely material availability.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and project specifications.
- Conduct site inspections and maintain quality documentation.
- Monitor workforce productivity and allocate resources efficiently.
- Enforce safety procedures and ensure compliance with site safety regulations.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants,



and subcontractors.
- Resolve site-related technical issues.

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.

2–5 years of experience in PEB erection or structural steel projects (experience requirement may vary by role).

- Knowledge of steel structures,welding, and erection methods.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Familiarity with quality control and safety standards.
- Basic knowledge of project planning and scheduling.
