We are looking for a smart, creative, and well-organized professional who can manage front desk operations while handling our brand's digital presence and marketing creatives. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and a passion for luxury branding and design.

Key ResponsibilitiesReception & Front Desk

- Welcome and assist customers, architects, interior designers, and business associates.
- Attend incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
- Maintain visitor records and coordinate appointments.
- Handle courier, documents, and office correspondence.
- Support day-to-day administrative activities.

Social Media Management

- Plan, schedule, and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
- Create engaging captions, reels, stories, and campaign ideas.
- Respond to messages, comments, and customer inquiries.
- Monitor social media performance and prepare monthly reports.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for promotions, launches,



and events.

Graphic Design

- Design premium social media creatives, reels, brochures, catalogs, banners, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Maintain a consistent luxury brand identity across all designs.
- Edit product images and videos for digital marketing.
- Assist in creating marketing content for exhibitions, events, and product launches.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and basic video editing tools.
- Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and content planning.
- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
- Positive typing and computer skills (MS Office, Google Workspace).
- Creativity with attention to detail.
- Professional appearance and customer-friendly attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
