The E-Commerce Executive is responsible for managing and growing online sales across various e-commerce platforms and digital marketplaces. The role includes creating and updating product listings, maintaining accurate product information, managing pricing and inventory, processing online orders, coordinating dispatch and deliveries, handling customer inquiries, and resolving complaints. The Executive will optimize product visibility, run promotional campaigns, monitor sales performance, prepare regular reports, and coordinate with the sales, marketing, design, and production teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. The candidate should also manage platforms such as IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Amazon, Flipkart, and the company website, while identifying new online business opportunities to increase sales and brand visibility.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
