- Assist walk-in clients and understand their interior requirements
- Provide excellent customer service and product guidance
- Coordinate with the design and sales teams
- Follow up with customer inquiries and leads
- Support clients in selecting furniture and interior solutions
- Maintain client records and ensure smooth communication
Requirements
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in customer service/sales preferred
- Interest in interiors and furniture industry
- Basic computer knowledge
- Malayalam & English communication required
- Smart, positive, and customer-friendly attitude
