About the Role

We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Marketing Trainee with a passion for social media, content creation, and branding.

As a Marketing Trainee, you will work directly with the Founder to create engaging content, strengthen our digital presence, and support marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other digital platforms.
- Design social media creatives, carousels, banners, and marketing materials.
- Assist in planning and managing the content calendar.
- Write captions, blogs, newsletters, and marketing copy.
- Support employer branding and recruitment marketing campaigns.
- Research industry trends, competitors, and content ideas.
- Track campaign performance and prepare basic marketing reports.

Who We're Looking For

- Recent graduate or postgraduate (any discipline).




- Comfortable speaking on camera and participating in video content.
- Solid written communication and creative thinking skills.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
