Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the US staffing industry. The ideal candidate will have expertise in end-to-end recruitment for US IT positions, strong sourcing capabilities, and a solid understanding of US employment types and work authorizations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Handle the complete recruitment lifecycle for US IT requirements.
- Source, screen, interview, and submit qualified candidates for client requirements.
- Recruit candidates under W2, C2C, and 1099 employment models.
- Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates within specified timelines.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals using multiple sourcing channels.
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate compensation and manage offer discussions.




- Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment activities in the ATS.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, vendors, and hiring managers.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
- Strong understanding of the US staffing industry and recruitment process.
- Experience working with W2, C2C, and 1099 employment models.
- Good knowledge of US work authorizations, including:
- US Citizens
- Green Card Holders
- H-1B
- OPT
- CPT
- EAD
- TN Visa
- Hands-on experience with ATS platforms such as JobDiva, Bullhorn, Ceipal, or similar.
- Solid sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder, and advanced Boolean Search techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
