Job Description
- 6 months to 1 years of experience in US outbound calling / lead generation.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication.
- Confidence in cold calling and handling objections .
- Familiarity with US business etiquette and time zones.
- Basic experience with CRM tools or Google Sheets.
- Solid research and follow-up skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and build prospect lists of US local businesses.
- Research and validate contact details using online platforms and directories.
- Conduct outbound cold calls using a US virtual number.
- Send follow-up emails and maintain consistent outreach.
- Clearly present the product value proposition.
- Qualify leads and schedule demos / discovery calls.
- Maintain accurate lead data in Zoho CRM or any tracking tools.
- Share daily and weekly activity reports.
