RehabMasters Physiotherapy, a well-established and highly-rated clinic in Bhopal, is looking for a reliable, organised, and well-spoken Front Desk Coordinator to manage our evening clinic operations and patient calls.

Responsibilities:

- Manage the front desk at the clinic during evening hours (5:00 PM – 9:00 PM)
- Greet patients, manage appointments and waiting flow
- Maintain the patient register accurately
- Record all patient payments the same day and share a daily total with the clinic
- Handle incoming and outgoing patient calls (during clinic hours, from home)
- Book and confirm appointments, follow up on enquiries
- Send appointment reminders and review requests

Requirements:

- • Clear spoken Hindi and basic English, with a polite, professional phone manner
- • Organised, honest,



and reliable — especially with records and payments
- • Own smartphone with stable internet
- • Available consistently during clinic hours
- • Prior front-desk, reception, or tele-calling experience is a plus (not mandatory)
- • No physiotherapy background needed — full training provided
