We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Software Implementation Coordinator to support the successful implementation of our new software system across all departments. The ideal candidate will coordinate with internal teams and the software vendor, ensure accurate data migration, test software modules, resolve implementation issues, and monitor the overall project until successful go-live.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with all departments to collect and validate implementation data.
- Upload and maintain accurate data in the software.
- Liaise with the software vendor for implementation, configuration, and issue resolution.
- Test software modules and ensure they function as per business requirements.
- Monitor implementation progress and ensure timely completion of project .
- Prepare implementation reports, issue trackers, and status updates.
- Conduct basic user training and provide post-implementation support.
