We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented B2B Sales & Business Development Executive to expand our wholesale business and franchise network. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills and be passionate about building long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new B2B leads through field visits, calls, and online channels.
- Develop and grow the wholesale dealer and distributor network.
- Identify and onboard new franchise partners.
- Conduct meetings and presentations with potential clients.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
- Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams for smooth onboarding.
- Prepare daily sales reports and update CRM/Excel records.
- Represent the company professionally during client meetings and business events.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development,



Wholesale Sales, or Franchise Sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Solid presentation and relationship-building abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
- Must own a two-wheeler and be willing to travel for client meetings.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

Preferred Skills
