Job Description

Suitable candidate shall help manage procurement aspects of organization. This includes :

- Managing the sourcing for IT Category - Experience across Source to Pay process. Category Management, Contract Support, Vendor Creation, Catalogue Management, Supplier on-boarding, Statement of Work, Request for Proposal, RFQ, Contract Life Cycle Management, Supplier Risk Management. Spend analysis, data management. Working experience in e-procurement tools.
- Manage relationships with OEMs, Cloud Service Providers, Software/Hardware vendors, and other IT suppliers. Negotiate contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), and ensure favorable terms for the organization.
- Explore vendors of IT related products and services.



Recommends current purchase of hardware and software in alignment with company and industry standards.
- Participates in the selection and implementation of IT supplier sourcing strategies to ensure high quality, on time delivery and cost competitiveness.
- Make end customer quotes, participated in auctions and coordinate with customers for requirements
- Solicit, receive, and analyze proposals, quotations and tender submissions and recommends selection of suppliers in accordance with corporate policies and legal compliance.
- Implement cost-effective procurement strategies, negotiate competitive pricing, and drive cost optimization initiatives without compromising on quality and service delivery.
- Develop relationships with internal & external stakeholders and customer co-ordication
