Job Description:

- Full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, and qualifying candidates for various IT jobs.
- Conducting phone interviews, reference checks, and setting up interviews for current and future positions.
- Negotiating hiring terms and packages, and ensuring compliance with HR departments.
- Sourcing candidates from job portals (Monster, Dice, CareerBuilder, JobDiva)



and posting job openings on these platforms.
- Achieving a high conversion ratio of submissions to interviews and placements.
- Developing recruitment strategies based on client requirements and target mapping.
- Validating resumes for experience and work status.
- Taking initiative to achieve targets and motivating team members.
- Building strong relationships, managing time effectively, and possessing excellent interpersonal skills.
- Collaborating with sales and operations teams to maintain a healthy candidate pipeline.
- Demonstrating strong communication, organizational, evaluation, and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with various roles, levels, and associated technologies.
