Job Description – Retail Sales Officer (RSO)

Location: Ghazipur Branch

Key Responsibilities : Welcome customers and provide excellent service.

* Understand customer needs and recommend suitable jewellery. * Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

* Promote upselling and cross-selling.

* Explain product features, pricing, purity, and certification. * Maintain showroom display, cleanliness, and product presentation.

* Build long-term customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

* Follow company SOPs, security guidelines, and billing procedures.

* Assist in stock management and inventory verification.

Requirements * Graduate preferred.

* 1–3 years of experience in jewellery or retail sales.

* Good communication and sales skills.

* Customer-focused with a skilled appearance.

* Basic computer knowledge and willingness to work on weekends/festivals.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
