Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting,
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage day-to-day accounting records
- Handle accounts payable and receivable efficiently
- Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC, and other statutory returns.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
- Monthly payroll processing and salary records
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal departments
- Maintain proper documentation and financial records for audits
- Manage cash flow, banking transactions, and fund planning.
- Ensure accurate billing of storage charges, handling charges, and customer invoices.
- Monitor expenses and recommend cost-control measures.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and taxation (GST, TDS)
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally or similar)
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Positive analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks
- Experience in handling audits and managing finance teams.
