We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Civil Site Engineer to oversee day-to-day construction activities at our project sites. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that work is executed according to engineering designs, specifications, quality standards, and safety guidelines. You will bridge communication between the project manager, subcontractors, labor teams, and clients to keep construction on schedule and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Site Supervision: Direct day-to-day construction activities in office, ensuring execution strictly matches architectural and structural drawings.

Execution: Supervise foundations, RCC casting, steel reinforcement, shuttering, masonry, plastering, and finishing works.

Quality & Testing: Inspect incoming raw materials (cement, steel, aggregates) and coordinate mandatory lab tests (concrete cube tests, slump tests, soil compaction).

Reporting:



Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR), track site measurements, and update the Project Manager on milestones and delays.

Labor & Subcontractor Management: Allocate daily tasks to labor crews and subcontractors; verify completed work for monthly billing measurements.

Safety & Compliance: Enforce site safety standards and ensure mandatory use of PPE across all working teams.

Key Skills & Qualifications Education:

Bachelor’s Degree (B.E. / B.Tech) or Diploma in Civil Engineering.

Experience: 1 to 2 years of proven hands-on site experience in [Residential / Commercial / Infrastructure / Industrial] construction.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
