Salary- ₹2.0 LPA – ₹2.5 LPA

Working Hours- 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

We are looking for an energetic and result-driven Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, promoting our services, and supporting business growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify and generate new business opportunities through online and offline channels.

* Reach out to prospective clients via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other networking platforms.

* Promote company services including Website Design & Development, SEO, Social Media Marketing, PPC, Branding, and Digital Marketing Solutions.

* Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.

* Schedule meetings and presentations with prospective clients.

* Prepare proposals, quotations, and service presentations.

* Follow up with leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

* Coordinate with internal teams to understand client requirements and deliver suitable solutions.

* Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

* Maintain records of leads,



client interactions, and sales activities using CRM tools or reports.

* Participate in marketing campaigns, exhibitions, networking events, and promotional activities when required.

* Achieve monthly lead generation and business development targets.

Required Skills

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

* Basic understanding of digital marketing and web design services.

* Confidence in client interaction, lead generation, and sales discussions.

* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

* Strong organizational and time-management skills.

* Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.

Preferred Skills

* Knowledge of SEO, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, Website Development, and Digital Marketing services.

* Experience using CRM software and lead management tools.

* Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, and B2B sales.

* Experience in a digital marketing, IT, or web development company will be an added advantage.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a related field.

* Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.

* 0–2 years of experience in marketing, business development, sales, or client acquisition preferred.
