Job Title: Field Officer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Field Officer to manage on-ground operations, supervise security personnel, and ensure smooth service delivery at client locations. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and the ability to handle field challenges efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and monitor security guards deployed at various client sites
- Conduct regular field visits and inspections
- Ensure proper attendance, discipline, and grooming of staff
- Coordinate with clients to maintain service quality and resolve issues
- Handle emergency situations and provide quick solutions
- Prepare daily/weekly field reports and submit to management
- Assist in recruitment and training of security personnel
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards

Requirements & Skills:





- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
- Experience: 1–3 years in security services or field operations
- Robust communication and leadership skills
- Ability to travel frequently and manage multiple sites
- Basic knowledge of reporting and documentation
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred
