Job Title: Residential Supervisor

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Residential Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of residential facilities. The role involves managing housekeeping, laundry, and kitchen functions while ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and smooth coordination among teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage housekeeping, laundry, and kitchen operations
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation across the facility
- Monitor daily activities and allocate tasks to support staff
- Handle inventory and ensure proper usage of materials and supplies
- Coordinate with vendors for essential services and supplies
- Maintain records related to housekeeping, kitchen, and laundry operations
- Address and resolve operational issues promptly
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and organisational standards
- Train, guide, and monitor staff performance

Requirements

- Educational Qualification:



Graduation (Hospitality / Hospital Management preferred)
- Experience: Prior experience in residential facility management, housekeeping, or similar role
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / reporting systems)
- Strong team management and leadership skills
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently
- Candidates should be from Kerala

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of hygiene and safety standards
- Experience in institutional/residential setups (hostel, hospital, or similar)
- Strong organisational and coordination skills
- Attention to detail and accountability
