- Manage and supervise daily floor and sales activities.
- Verify and monitor stock inflow and outflow and maintain accurate records.
- Manage, motivate, and guide sales staff to achieve targets.
- Train and improve staff skills in product knowledge, customer handling, and sales techniques.
- Ensure excellent customer service and maximum customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Monitor staff performance and improve productivity through regular coaching.
- Encourage upselling and cross-selling to increase sales.
- Ensure proper product display, floor arrangement, and stock availability.
- Coordinate with warehouse, inventory, billing, and management teams.
- Monitor daily sales and stock movement and report discrepancies to management.
- Take necessary actions to improve sales, staff performance, and overall store operations.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
