Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Paschim Midnapur, Diamond Harbour, Baruipur

Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Incentives (if applicable)

Experience: 2–3 Years

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Officer to develop and expand the business related to Supreme Pipes & Fittings, Kirloskar, and CRI Pumps. . The candidate should have strong market knowledge, dealer handling experience, and the ability to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and expand the dealer and retailer network.
- Appoint current dealers and retailers in the assigned territory.
- Generate primary and secondary sales.
- Visit dealers and retailers regularly to maintain strong business relationships.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and market potential.
- Coordinate with distributors to ensure product availability.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.




- Collect payments (where applicable) and follow up on outstanding dues.
- Submit daily visit reports and sales reports.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Freshers or 2–3 years of sales experience in pipes, building materials, sanitaryware, hardware, electrical, paints, cement, or FMCG distribution.
- Experience in dealer and retailer network development.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per hour
