Job Summary

Mahatta Media Solutions is looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition, Operations & Vendor Relations Manager to manage recruitment, HR operations, vendor partnerships, and lead research. The ideal candidate should have solid communication, networking, and organizational skills, with the ability to work with global teams and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
- Source creative, technical, and operational talent.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to fulfill hiring needs.
- Build and maintain a strong freelancer and vendor network.

HR Operations

- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Support employee engagement, performance management, and compliance.
- Coordinate training and onboarding programs.

Vendor Management

- Identify, onboard, and manage vendors for translation, voice-over, localization, and post-production.
- Negotiate pricing and contracts.
- Monitor vendor performance, quality,



and timelines.

Data Research

- Build and maintain prospect databases using LinkedIn, Apollo, ZoomInfo, and similar platforms.
- Research and validate company and contact information.
- Support sales and business development teams with qualified lead data.

Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Media, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in recruitment, HR, and vendor management.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with HRMS and research tools.
- Experience working with international vendors is an advantage.

Preferred Industry Experience: Media Production, Advertising, Marketing, Translation & Localization, Film & Video Production.
