Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Executive to provide technical support, maintain IT infrastructure, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills, hands-on hardware knowledge, and the ability to work both independently and in field environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Manage and support Office 365 environment
- Handle network troubleshooting and basic network device configuration
- Configure and maintain Surveillance Systems (DVR/NVR) and IP cameras
- Perform desktop assembling/disassembling and upgrades
- Assist in managing Tally Server and NAS Server (if applicable)
- Support Windows 10/11 and Linux operating systems
- Maintain IT documentation and update asset records
- Provide on-site (field) support when required

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Desktop Engineer or similar role




- Strong knowledge of hardware, networking, and troubleshooting
- Hands-on experience with Office 365
- Valuable understanding of Windows & Linux operating systems
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts (LAN/WAN, IP configuration, routers, switches)
- Experience with DVR/NVR systems and IP camera configuration
- Good communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of Windows Server
- Experience with Tally Server / NAS Server
- Certifications (e.g., MCSE, CCNA, CompTIA) will be an advantage

Additional Requirements

- Must be willing to work in the field
- Candidates with their own two-wheeler vehicle will be preferred
