Role Overview:

We are looking for a Creative Project Manager who will act as the bridge between clients, creative strategy, and our editing team. This role requires a mix of creative vision, project management, and strong communication skills. You’ll be responsible for translating client goals into clear creative briefs, ensuring video quality, managing workflows, and keeping our editors and clients aligned.

This is not a typical admin role. We're looking for someone who understands the creative side of video editing while being highly organized and client-focused.

Key Responsibilities

Content Understanding & Briefing

Watch and understand raw footage, client style guides, and brand goals.

Write clear instructions and assign timestamps for editors to create engaging short-form content from long-form footage.

Ideation & Scripting

Work with clients to understand their brand, audience, and story.

Generate creative ideas and scripts for video content (sometimes with the help of AI tools like ChatGPT).

Quality Control

Review and provide feedback on all video edits before they reach clients.

Ensure content aligns with brand voice, visuals, and requested style.

Check for quality, flow, spelling, graphics,



and overall viewer experience.

Communication & Team Management

Serve as the main point of contact for editors and clients.

Motivate, guide, and support editors while maintaining high-quality standards.

Build robust client relationships by understanding their evolving needs.

Planning & Workflow Management

Organize and assign editing tasks in Notion based on deadlines and priorities.

Ensure timely responses to client requests.

Track progress, follow up with editors, and report updates to management.

Requirements

Basic to intermediate understanding of video editing workflows.

Strong organizational and task management skills.

Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).

Basic Tamil speaking proficiency (a plus, not mandatory).

Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize, and deliver on deadlines.

A proactive team player who is accountable, reliable, and solutions-oriented.
