*SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER:* Basic Qualifications • Undergraduate degree required in Engineering, Construction Management, or similar field or relevant experience. • Graduate degree in engineering or business a plus • 7-9+ years construction experience required; working for reputed construction/engineering firms preferred. • Project Management accreditations/industry affiliations preferred. Experience managing projects successfully from start to finish. • Skilled at negotiating and developing relationships with multiple stakeholders. • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team; minimum 5 years supervisory experience. • Solid work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Alignment to GDC Standards of Excellence: self-motivated, results oriented, adaptable, team player, accountable, ethical, innovative, resilient, build relationships, builds people/teams & followership, sets direction and executes. Must-Haves :



• 5+ years of Construction Project Management experience • Proven experience in handling end-to-end projects (planning to execution) • Strong exposure to project management tasks: Change orders, Submittals & Project coordination. • Team handling experience (minimum 4–5 years in a leadership/supervisory role) • Experience working with or exposure to the US Construction sector • Hands-on experience with tools: Revit / Navisworks / Bluebeam / Procore • MS Office. • Educational background: Engineering Graduate / B.Arch / MS in Construction Management Nice to Haves : • Experience with reputed construction/engineering firms • Strong stakeholder management & communication skills • Experience in client coordination (especially international clients) EDUCATION: Educational background: Engineering Graduate / B.Arch / MS in Construction Management @⁨~Siddhi Rao⁩ @⁨~Vishakha Parate⁩
