About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Product Manager to own the commercialization of our STEM education products. The role involves product costing, proposal development, documentation, and cross-functional coordination to ensure products are market-ready and successfully launched.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs).
- Develop product costing, pricing sheets, and commercial documentation.
- Analyze material, manufacturing, packaging, logistics, installation, and other product costs.
- Maintain product price lists and profitability.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and technical solution documents for schools, NGOs, CSR projects, and Government tenders.
- Coordinate with R&D;, Procurement, Production, Sales, Marketing, and Content teams throughout the product lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain product specifications, manuals, assembly guides, and version-controlled documentation.
- Coordinate product brochures, presentations,



photography, videos, and launch materials.
- Ensure every product is commercially, technically, and operationally ready before market launch.

Required Skills

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Experience in BOM preparation, product costing, and pricing.
- Understanding of manufacturing, procurement, and supply chain processes.
- Excellent documentation, proposal writing, and presentation skills.
- Solid analytical, organizational, and project coordination abilities.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar productivity tools is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹480,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
