We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to manage customer interactions, build strong client relationships, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to resolving customer queries.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle walk-in customers
- Explain telecom products & plans
- Promote & upsell Vodafone Idea (VI) SIM plans
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Help customers choose suitable plans
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide timely solutions.
- Follow up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM/database.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
- Inform customers about company products, services, and offers.
- Achieve customer satisfaction and retention targets.
- Prepare daily and weekly customer interaction reports.

Requirements

- Minimum qualification:



Only Graduates are required.
- Age Limit: Up to 28 Years
- 0–2 years of experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, or Telecalling.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude and customer-oriented approach.
