We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team, generate new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and achieve company revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, motivate, and monitor the performance of the sales team.
- Generate new business through field sales, networking, referrals, cold calling, email outreach, and client meetings.
- Promote and sell Digital Marketing, SEO, Website Development, Branding, Software Development, AI Automation, and other technology solutions.
- Build long-term relationships with startups, SMEs, and corporate clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate business solutions.
- Conduct client presentations, product demonstrations, negotiations, and contract discussions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial agreements.
- Manage sales pipelines, CRM records, and lead follow-ups.
- Coordinate with Operations and Digital Marketing teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports.





Required QualificationsEducation

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Management, or a related field.
- MBA (Sales/Marketing) will be an added advantage.

Experience

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales or Business Development.
- Experience in B2B Sales, IT Services, Digital Marketing, Software, SaaS, or Technology Solutions is preferred.
