Position Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused, and result-oriented Senior Sales Associate to join our retail team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of retail sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a professional personality. The individual will be responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience while driving store sales and supporting daily store operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver an exceptional customer experience by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable eyewear products.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets consistently.
- Assist customers in selecting frames, lenses, sunglasses, and accessories.
- Explain product features, pricing, promotions, and after-sales services. Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Ensure accurate billing, cash handling, and POS transactions.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation.
- Support inventory management, stock replenishment, and stock audits.
- Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Assist the Store Manager in achieving operational and business goals.




- Mentor junior sales associates and contribute to a positive team environment. Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and retail processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Retail Sales, Customer Service, Luxury Retail, Fashion Retail, Optical Retail, or a similar customer-facing role.

Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid customer service orientation.
- Sales-driven with a positive attitude.
- Professional appearance and well-groomed personality. Presentable, confident, and energetic.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Basic computer and billing system knowledge.

Preferred Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Experience in optical retail, lifestyle, fashion, electronics, or premium retail brands will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
