We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage daily operations of our online jewellery business. The candidate should be organized, proactive, and comfortable handling multiple tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Manage reselling operations and coordinate with resellers
- Handle order processing (packing coordination, tracking, dispatch updates)
- Create and manage product listings on platforms (Amazon, Myntra,Flipkart etc.)
- Maintain payment records and manage transactions
- Provide customer support (queries, follow-ups, issue resolution)
- Perform administrative tasks and support daily business operations
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Meesho,Myntra, Flipkart etc.)
- Positive communication skills (Hindi & English)
- Basic computer skills (Excel/Google Sheets preferred)
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Prior experience is a plus (not mandatory)
