We are seeking an experienced Footwear Manager to oversee the footwear department, manage sales performance, inventory, and ensure excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations of the footwear department.
Supervise and motivate the sales team.
Monitor inventory and stock availability.
Ensure attractive product displays and merchandising.
Achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
Handle customer queries and resolve complaints.
Prepare sales and inventory reports.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree.
Minimum 7 years of experience in footwear or retail management.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage inventory and team performance.
