Job Responsibilities
- Contact customers and pitch our loan products.
- Promote Personal Loans, Home Loans, Business Loans & Gold Loans.
- Understand customer requirements and generate quality leads.
- Follow up with interested customers.
- Maintain call records and update lead status.
- Share daily progress and lead updates with the Team Leader.
- Achieve monthly sales and lead generation targets.
Eligibility
- 6–12 months of experience in Telecalling, Banking, NBFC, DSA, or Financial Services.
- Good understanding of loan products and sales processes.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and customer handling skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and achieve targets.
Language Requirements
Candidates who can speak one or more of the following are preferred:
- English
- Hindi
- Kannada
- Telugu
Salary & Benefits
Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 per month
Performance Incentives: Earn up to ₹10,000 per month
