Skill Development MIS Executive

Job Profile Summary

Experienced MIS professional with expertise in managing skill development data, preparing accurate MIS reports, and maintaining program databases. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, data validation, report generation, dashboard preparation, and official email communication. Skilled in coordinating with training centres, ensuring data accuracy, supporting compliance requirements, and preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage student, trainer, batch, and centre data.
- Prepare Daily, Weekly, Monthly, and Ad-hoc MIS reports.
- Maintain data accuracy and perform data validation.
- Create Excel reports, Pivot Tables, Lookup functions, and dashboards.
- Prepare and send professional official emails and reports.
- Coordinate with training centres and stakeholders for timely data collection.
- Support audits,



documentation, and compliance activities.
- Generate management reports and performance dashboards.
- Maintain confidential records and databases.

Pay: ₹11,146.01 - ₹25,000.00 per month
