Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented NPD Executive to join our Research & Development team. The ideal candidate will support the development of new food products, improve existing formulations, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product commercialization. The candidate should have hands-on experience in product trials, documentation, and food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in developing and testing new food products as per business requirements.
- Conduct laboratory and production-scale trials for new product development.
- Prepare formulations, process specifications, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Production, Quality, and Marketing teams during product development.




- Evaluate raw materials and identify suitable alternatives when required.
- Monitor product performance and recommend formulation or process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI, GMP, HACCP, and company quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records of trials, observations, and product development activities.
- Support product commercialization, pilot runs, and scale-up activities.
- Stay updated with food industry trends, ingredients, and emerging technologies.

Qualification

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Dairy Technology, or a related discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in New Product Development (NPD) within the Food Manufacturing/FMCG industry.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in developing food products from concept to commercialization.
- Understanding of food processing techniques and quality systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
