Job Summary

Indian Educational Services (IES) Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to drive digital marketing campaigns and generate quality leads for admissions across our educational institutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of paid marketing platforms, campaign optimization, and lead generation strategies to maximize marketing ROI.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and manage paid marketing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Generate quality admission leads and improve campaign performance.
- Optimize campaigns to achieve target Cost Per Lead (CPL), Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
- Manage digital marketing budgets efficiently.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Coordinate with the creative, content, and admissions teams to improve lead quality and conversions.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and ad copies.




- Monitor website traffic and campaign performance using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and other analytics tools.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates.

Experience

- 5–10 years of experience in Performance Marketing or Digital Marketing.
- Hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid advertising platforms.
- Solid experience in lead generation, campaign optimization, and budget management.
- Experience in the Education or EdTech industry will be preferred.
