About the Role

WITHIN is looking for a dynamic Senior Marketing Lead to own and drive the complete marketing function. This role requires a strategic yet hands-on marketing professional who can build brand awareness, generate qualified leads, drive customer engagement, and execute high-impact marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels. The ideal candidate should have a robust understanding of luxury branding, growth marketing, CRM, automation, analytics, and AI-powered marketing.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Build and strengthen WITHIN's luxury brand across all customer touchpoints.
- Plan and execute integrated campaigns across digital, social media, email, WhatsApp, website, PR, exhibitions, events, and partnerships.
- Drive lead generation, customer acquisition, lead nurturing, and lifecycle marketing.
- Manage website strategy, SEO, performance marketing, marketing automation, and CRM.
- Lead product launches, exhibitions, and brand campaigns.
- Oversee content strategy, social media, influencer collaborations, and digital communications.
- Analyze campaign performance, customer behaviour, and marketing ROI to drive continuous improvement.
- Manage marketing budgets, agencies, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Leverage AI tools to improve campaign planning,



content creation, automation, reporting, and productivity.
- Stay updated with emerging marketing trends, technologies, and consumer insights.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5–8 years of experience in Brand Marketing, Digital Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Marketing Strategy.
- Experience in luxury furniture, interiors, architecture, lifestyle, hospitality, premium retail, or similar industries is preferred.
- Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, performance marketing, SEO, CRM, marketing automation, and analytics.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, CRM platforms (Zoho, HubSpot, or similar), and AI-powered marketing tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Canva AI, or equivalent.
- Excellent leadership, project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who doesn't just execute campaigns but understands marketing from strategy to execution. The ideal candidate should be capable of building a brand, driving business growth, leading cross-functional initiatives, making data-driven decisions, and leveraging modern AI tools to improve marketing efficiency while maintaining a premium customer experience.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
