Delivery Manager

- Team Coordination: Lead cross-functional pods (Developers, QA, BAs, DevOps) through daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and sprint planning sessions to drive delivery outcomes.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders — ensuring alignment on expectations, proactive risk communication, and timely resolution of blockers.
- Status Reporting: Own delivery metrics and reporting — including weekly updates on timelines, scope, risks, team velocity, dependencies, and sprint burn-down charts.
- Project Planning & Estimation: Define effort estimates, milestones, sprint plans, and resourcing in collaboration with solution architects and product teams.
- Implementation Oversight: Manage product setup tailored to client requirements, overseeing both out-of-the-box configuration and deeper technical enhancements.
- Integration Management:



Supervise workflow orchestration and third-party system connectivity using tools like n8n, WSO2, and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Data Migration: Lead planning, execution, and validation of data import processes, ensuring accuracy, security, and compliance.
- Reporting Enablement: Ensure delivery of client-specific reports and dashboards using native or external tools.
- Agile Execution: Apply Scrum best practices using JIRA for backlog grooming, sprint planning, velocity tracking, and delivery optimization.
- Quality & Compliance: Oversee QA readiness, release hygiene, and documentation to ensure stable, secure, and compliant deployments.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify bottlenecks, recommend process improvements, and introduce automation for repeatable implementation tasks.

Skill:

- Experience: 8+ years
- Strong technical background with hands-on experience in Angular, Node.js, PostgreSQL.
- Experience with cloud platforms: AWS and Azure.
- Familiarity with integration/orchestration tools such as n8n, WSO2, or similar.
- Proven track record in low-code platform implementations across multiple clients or domains.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, especially Scrum, with expertise in using JIRA for delivery tracking.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including working directly with clients and internal teams.
- Experience with managing delivery across functional areas such as integration, data migration, and reporting.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Certified Scrum Master or equivalent Agile certifications are a plus.
- Prior experience in GovTech, Health & Human Services, or similar domains is desirable.
