The GeM Tender & Telecalling Executive will be responsible for identifying Government tenders through the GeM Portal, assisting in bid preparation and submission, maintaining tender documentation, and generating business opportunities through telecalling and customer follow-ups.

This role is ideal for candidates who are organized, eager to learn, possess excellent communication skills, and are interested in building a career in Government procurement and business development.

Key ResponsibilitiesGeM & Tender Operations

- Search and identify relevant tenders on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) Portal.
- Review tender documents and eligibility requirements.
- Coordinate internally for tender participation and documentation.
- Prepare, organize, and upload tender documents and quotations.
- Track bid submission deadlines and tender status.
- Maintain accurate records of all tenders and submissions.
- Generate daily and weekly tender activity reports.

Telecalling & Customer Relationship

- Make outbound calls to Government departments, contractors, distributors, and prospective customers.
- Follow up on quotations, inquiries, and business opportunities.
- Introduce company products and services to potential clients.
- Generate qualified business leads for the sales team.
- Maintain regular communication with existing customers.
- Record customer interactions in the CRM system.

Administrative Support

- Prepare quotations and business correspondence.
- Maintain Excel reports and documentation.
- Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, and Management teams.
- Perform additional office support activities as required.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
- Confident speaking and qualified telephone etiquette.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Email.




- Comfortable using internet portals and online applications.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Positive attitude with willingness to learn.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in GeM Portal, Government Tendering, Telecalling, Sales Support, Back Office Operations, or Customer Service will be an advantage.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of Government procurement procedures.
- Experience working on GeM, CPPP, or e-tender portals.
- Familiarity with CRM software.
- Basic understanding of quotations and documentation.
