Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities.
- Execute bulk earthwork, excavation, filling, grading, and compaction works.
- Supervise boundary wall, retaining wall, RCC, masonry, and structural works.
- Coordinate with surveyors for layout, benchmarks, and level checks.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Plan manpower, equipment, and daily work schedules.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and quality standards.
- Monitor subcontractors and labor productivity.
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.
- Measure executed quantities for billing and contractor payments.
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and site housekeeping.
- Report material requirements and monitor material consumption.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of RCC, masonry, foundations, earthwork, and industrial construction.
- Ability to read AutoCAD drawings.
- Experience in quantity measurement and BOQ verification.
- Familiarity with Total Station and Auto Level coordination.
- Good understanding of QA/QC procedures.
- Knowledge of IS Codes and construction standards.




- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced site environment.

Preferred Experience

Experience in one or more of the following is preferred:

- Industrial construction projects
- Factory buildings
- Site grading and earthwork
- Boundary wall construction
- Roads and drainage works
- Foundations and RCC structures

Software Knowledge

Preferred:

- AutoCAD
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft Project (preferred)
- Quantity estimation software (optional)
